01
Getting started
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. Medical and aesthetic services begin with an individualized consultation or assessment. We discuss your goals, relevant health history, suitability, realistic expectations and alternatives before creating a plan. Some same-day treatment may be possible when appropriate, but it is never guaranteed.
How do I book an appointment?
You may book online, call or text 713-BOTOX-ME (713-268-6963), or request an eligible telehealth visit.
Where are your offices?
We have five Greater Houston locations: Conroe, Houston, Fulshear, Katy and Kingwood. Visit the Locations page for addresses, directions and location-specific details.
Do you treat both women and men?
Yes. Identity Aesthetics provides personalized aesthetic and wellness services for women and men. Every plan is based on individual goals, anatomy, health history and clinical suitability.
How should I prepare, and what is the downtime?
Preparation, aftercare and downtime vary substantially by treatment. Follow the instructions provided for your specific appointment and tell your provider about medications, supplements, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, recent procedures and relevant health conditions. Contact the office if you have questions before your visit.
02
Injectables & facial balancing
Which neurotoxins do you offer?
Current offerings include Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau® and Xeomin®. Your provider can recommend an option based on the area being treated, your anatomy, goals and relevant treatment history. Visit Injectables for current listed pricing and promotions.
How quickly do neurotoxins work, and how long do they last?
Onset and duration vary by product, dose, treatment area and individual response. Effects generally develop gradually rather than immediately. Your provider will explain the expected timeline for the product selected and when a follow-up may be helpful.
Which dermal filler products do you offer?
Offerings listed on the site include the Juvéderm® Collection, Evolysse™, Restylane®, Radiesse® or Sculptra® (Biostimulators), and SkinVive™. Not every product is appropriate for every area or patient; selection follows an assessment.
What is comprehensive facial balancing?
Facial balancing looks at the relationships among features instead of treating one area in isolation. Identity Aesthetics brings 40+ years of combined experience and meticulous artistry to individualized balancing plans and thoughtful evaluation of previous aesthetic work.
Can you repair filler or previous work I do not like?
A consultation can determine whether improvement or correction may be possible. The safest approach depends on what was previously used, where it was placed, timing, anatomy and current findings. Complete reversal or a specific result cannot be promised.
03
Med spa, laser & body treatments
What does the Glo2Facial by Geneo treatment do?
Glo2Facial combines exfoliation, oxygenation and ingredient infusion using an OxyPod selected for your skin goals. Explore the current Glo2Facial treatment options; your provider will help choose the most appropriate pod.
Can laser rejuvenation help stretch marks?
Selected laser treatments may help reduce the visible appearance or texture of some stretch marks. Suitability and expected improvement depend on skin type, the age and character of the stretch marks, and the technology used. A consultation is needed, and complete removal is not guaranteed.
What is vaginal rejuvenation with HIFU?
This is a consultation-led intimate wellness treatment using focused ultrasound technology. Women seeking help with vaginal laxity, sexual wellness concerns or urinary leakage can receive an individualized evaluation to discuss candidacy, realistic expectations, risks and alternatives. It is not a substitute for evaluation of new, severe or unexplained symptoms.
Do med-spa procedures require an office visit?
Yes. Injectables, laser procedures, facials and body-contouring treatments require an appointment at an Identity Aesthetics location. Telehealth may be used for certain preliminary or wellness discussions but cannot replace hands-on assessment and treatment.
04
GLP-1 weight loss & peptide care
How do I know whether I am a candidate for medical weight loss?
Candidacy is determined by a licensed provider after reviewing your health history, goals, current medications, relevant contraindications and laboratory information when indicated. A consultation is the right starting point; online eligibility rules cannot replace individualized evaluation.
Which GLP-1 medications are discussed in your program?
The program page discusses semaglutide and tirzepatide. It also follows retatrutide research news, but retatrutide is investigational and is not currently FDA-approved or available for prescribing. Approval and availability can change, so current status should always be verified.
What support is included in a weight-loss program?
The site describes provider evaluation, baseline or follow-up laboratory work when appropriate, individualized medication selection and titration, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, monitoring, and a maintenance strategy. Exact requirements depend on your plan and clinical needs.
Does having fatigue, poor sleep or slower recovery mean I need peptide therapy?
No. These symptoms can have many causes. A thoughtful evaluation can identify possible contributors and determine whether peptide therapy, another evidence-based treatment or additional assessment may be appropriate.
Are all peptide treatments FDA-approved?
No. FDA approval applies to specific products, formulations, routes and indications. Some products discussed online are compounded, investigational or labeled for research only. Review the source-linked Peptide Education Center and ask your clinician to explain the status and sourcing of any medication being considered.
How do I verify medication and pharmacy safety?
Use a licensed clinician, a valid patient-specific prescription when required, and a pharmacy that can be independently verified. Avoid anonymous sellers, products marketed for research with human-use directions, untraceable vials and claims that a compounded product is FDA-approved. The pharmacy and peptide safety checklist explains practical verification steps.
05
Telehealth from home
In which states is telehealth available?
Eligible services are available to patients physically located in Texas, North Carolina or South Carolina at the time of their virtual visit. Provider availability, prescribing and follow-up requirements depend on the service, medical need and applicable state rules.
Which services can begin by telehealth?
Eligible medical weight-loss, peptide, hormone and wellness consultations may begin through a private virtual visit. The provider will decide whether telehealth is appropriate and whether labs or an in-person examination are needed.
Can I receive injectables, facials or laser treatment through telehealth?
No. Hands-on aesthetic procedures require an in-person appointment. Telehealth is designed for eligible consultations, monitoring and follow-up—not the physical performance of injectables, facials, laser services or body contouring.
Can my entire program be completed remotely?
Some eligible consultations and follow-ups may be completed remotely, but this depends on the program and your clinical needs. Laboratory testing, an in-person examination or office-based treatment may still be required. Your provider will explain the appropriate care setting.
06
Pricing, payment plans & virtual preview
How can I get current treatment pricing?
Some injectable prices are listed on the site, while other services require a personalized quote because treatment plans vary. Call or text 713-BOTOX-ME and always ask about current promotions and volume savings.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Eligible services may be financed through Cherry. Eligibility, available terms, annual percentage rates and required down payments are determined by Cherry. Visit Payment Plans to explore options. Treatment still requires separate clinical evaluation.
What is the “See Your Future Self” virtual preview?
It is an Ageless AI visualization that can help you explore aesthetic possibilities and communicate preferences before a consultation. The tool opens a third-party experience, so review the privacy information and terms displayed before submitting a photograph or personal information.
Does the AI preview predict or guarantee my result?
No. The preview is an illustrative simulation—not a prediction, treatment plan or guarantee. Real outcomes depend on anatomy, clinical suitability, treatment selection, technique, healing and individual response. Use it as a conversation starter with an experienced professional.
Still have a question? This page provides general information and cannot diagnose a condition or determine whether a treatment is appropriate for you. Call or text 713-BOTOX-ME, or schedule a consultation for personalized guidance.
