Results from our own treatment rooms

Every photograph on this page is of an Identity Aesthetics patient, taken at one of our locations and published with that patient's written permission. None of it is stock photography, manufacturer imagery or a generated composite.

What you are looking at

Eight patients, photographed before and after

These were taken on a phone in a treatment room rather than in a studio, which is why they look the way they do. We would rather show you what the work actually looks like than something lit to flatter it.

Perioral softening and lip definition

Injectable treatment

Perioral softening and lip definition, before (Injectable treatment)
Before
Perioral softening and lip definition, after (Injectable treatment)
After

Lines around the mouth are softer and the vermilion border is better defined. The photographs were taken in the treatment room under the same lighting.

Midface support and lip volume

Injectable treatment

Midface support and lip volume, before (Injectable treatment)
Before
Midface support and lip volume, after (Injectable treatment)
After

Support through the midface and additional lip volume. Hair and makeup differ between the two photographs, which is worth saying plainly rather than letting the pictures imply more than they show.

Lip enhancement, close range

Dermal filler

Lip enhancement, close range, before (Dermal filler)
Before
Lip enhancement, close range, after (Dermal filler)
After

Increased volume and a more defined border. Photographed close, without makeup, in the same position both times.

Lip filler with a LaseMD series

Dermal filler + LaseMD (3 treatments)

Lip filler with a LaseMD series, before (Dermal filler + LaseMD (3 treatments))
Before
Lip filler with a LaseMD series, after (Dermal filler + LaseMD (3 treatments))
After

Lip filler together with a series of three LaseMD treatments. The lips are fuller with a clearer border, and the skin looks clearer and more even, with less visible pigment across the cheek and forehead. She is wearing makeup in the after photograph and the lighting is different, both of which affect how her skin reads.

Lip enhancement, front and profile

Dermal filler

Lip enhancement, front and profile, before (Dermal filler)
Before
Lip enhancement, front and profile, after (Dermal filler)
After

Front view above, profile below. More volume with a crisper border, and the profile shows the upper lip projecting further while keeping its natural slope. The same lighting and position were used for both sets.

Brow, lid and lower-face support

PDO thread lift

Brow, lid and lower-face support, before (PDO thread lift)
Before
Brow, lid and lower-face support, after (PDO thread lift)
After

The after photograph was taken on the day of treatment: the pen marks show where threads were placed, and the redness and small bruises are normal at that stage and settle over the following days. The brows and upper lids sit higher and the lower face looks firmer. Hair colour differs between the photographs. Thread support is limited and temporary.

Cheek texture, close range

Laser resurfacing

Cheek texture, close range, before (Laser resurfacing)
Before
Cheek texture, close range, after (Laser resurfacing)
After

Pores and uneven texture on the cheek look finer, and tone is more even. The eyes are obscured for privacy. The after photograph is brighter, which also softens how texture reads.

One LaseMD treatment, photographed over six weeks

In between
One LaseMD treatment, photographed over six weeks, about 6 weeks (LaseMD)
About 6 weeks

A single LaseMD treatment, with the three photographs taken over a six-week period. Forehead and cheek texture look smoother and skin tone more even in the later photographs. Lighting, makeup and camera angle vary between them, which affects what you see.

How to read these

What these photographs can and cannot tell you

  • Your result will not be this result. Anatomy, skin quality, age, product, dose and healing all differ. These are individual outcomes, not a typical or expected one.
  • We only state a timeframe where one was recorded. For most of these cases the interval between photographs was not recorded, so we do not state one. Anywhere you see a med spa promise a specific number of days from a photograph, treat it carefully.
  • Lighting, makeup and angle affect what you see. Where they differ within a pair, the note under that pair says so.
  • Photographs cannot establish candidacy. Whether a treatment suits you is decided at an in-person examination, not from a picture of someone else.

Published with written patient permission. Individual results vary. Nothing on this page is a guarantee of outcome, and no treatment can be planned or dosed from a photograph.

The next step

See what is realistic for your face

A consultation is an examination and a conversation, not a sales appointment. You will be told when a treatment is not the right answer for what you want.
