What is Identity Aesthetics?
Identity Aesthetics PLLC is a physician-led aesthetics, wellness and medical weight-loss practice serving the Greater Houston area, online at 713BotoxMe.com. The practice has four Texas clinics — Conroe, Houston, Fulshear and Katy — and has been treating patients since 2011. A fifth location in Kingwood serves patients under the Identity Aesthetics banner as an independently owned and operated franchise.
Identity Aesthetics combines two things most practices keep apart: advanced aesthetic medicine and physician-supervised metabolic and hormone care. On the aesthetic side that means Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Jeuveau, dermal fillers, complete facial balancing, biostimulators, PDO threads, laser skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, Glo2Facial and body contouring. On the medical side it means GLP-1 weight management, peptide therapy, hormone optimization for men and women, and longevity medicine.
That pairing is deliberate. Significant weight loss can bring facial volume loss, skin laxity and changes in facial proportion, so the aesthetic team plans alongside the weight-loss program rather than after it.
Medical leadership is provided by Dallas Alvey, MD, DDS, Chief Medical Officer for Texas, and Javier Gonzalez, MD, Medical Officer across fifteen further states and territories, with advanced practice care from Sarah Walker, APRN, FNP-C. Our experienced aesthetic professionals have treated hundreds of patients over more than 15 years, resulting in hundreds of successful treatments, including celebrity faces, to a standard of refinement rather than exaggeration.
