Your Information Matters

Privacy Policy

How Identity Aesthetics handles information associated with this website and the choices available to you.

Effective September 30, 2026

Scope

This policy applies to the Identity Aesthetics website. Clinical records and protected health information handled in connection with care may be subject to separate privacy notices and applicable law. This website policy is not a Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information we may receive

  • Contact details and information you voluntarily submit when requesting information or an appointment.
  • Appointment information provided through our scheduling provider.
  • Device, browser, referral, cookie and general usage information generated when you visit the site.
  • Information you choose to provide to third-party tools such as virtual previews, payment-plan applications or translation services.

How information may be used

  • Respond to questions and appointment requests.
  • Provide, administer and improve website features and patient communications.
  • Maintain security, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
  • Measure general site performance and understand which resources are useful.

Third-party services

The site links to or uses independent services including Fresha for scheduling, Cherry for payment-plan applications, Ageless AI for optional treatment visualization, Google Translate for automatic language translation, Google Ads for advertising measurement, and hosting or communications providers. Information submitted to those services is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Identity Aesthetics does not control their independent processing.

Medical and sensitive information

Do not use a general website form, ordinary email or social-media message for an emergency or to send highly sensitive medical information unless specifically directed through an approved secure channel. Call 911 for an emergency. Contact the practice for the appropriate method to communicate about care.

Cookies and language preference

The website may use cookies or browser storage to remember preferences, including the selected language, and to support embedded services. You can manage cookies through your browser, although disabling them may affect functionality.

Advertising measurement

This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking. If you arrive from one of our Google ads, a cookie set by Google allows us to see that an action such as a consultation request or a call came from that ad, together with the address of the page where it happened. We do not send your name, contact details, or anything you type into a form to Google, and this measurement is never used for clinical decisions or to determine the care you are offered. You can limit ad personalization in Google's My Ad Center, or block cookies in your browser as described above.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with service providers that support requested functions, with professional advisers, or when required for safety, legal compliance or business operations. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for its purpose and applicable obligations.

Mobile information and text-message consent

When you voluntarily opt in to marketing text messages, we may collect your mobile number, the date and time of consent, the page or method used to opt in, the version of the disclosure shown to you, and your opt-out status. We use this information to deliver the Identity Aesthetics text program, document consent, answer support requests and honor communication preferences.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing categories in this policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to communications vendors, wireless carriers and other service providers only as needed to deliver messages, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with law. Those providers may not use it for their own marketing.

Marketing text consent is voluntary, must be affirmatively selected and is not a condition of purchase or treatment. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us. See our SMS Terms for program details.

Health information and text messages

Ordinary SMS is not designed for emergencies or detailed medical communications. Do not text diagnoses, prescriptions, laboratory results, photographs or other sensitive health information unless a member of the care team directs you to an approved secure channel. Promotional text lists should not be used to infer or reveal a recipient's treatment, condition or patient status. Clinical records and protected health information are handled under applicable privacy and security requirements and any separate Notice of Privacy Practices.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted through the website, subject to legal and operational limitations. Every marketing text should identify Identity Aesthetics and provide an unsubscribe method. SMS recipients may reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE, or use another reasonable method that clearly communicates a desire to stop. Reply HELP for assistance.

Children and external links

The website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; their content and privacy practices are separate.
