Technology meets thoughtful, hands-on care

Every treatment begins with your skin, your comfort and a clear plan—not a one-size-fits-all service.

The short answer

What is Glo2Facial by Geneo?

Glo2Facial is a customizable facial platform that combines OxyGeneo exfoliation and oxygenation with ultrasound and massage steps, depending on the protocol. An OxyPod is selected for a specific cosmetic goal; it is a facial experience, not a substitute for diagnosis or medical treatment of skin disease.

Concerns it may address

  • Dullness and rough surface texture
  • Dehydrated-looking skin
  • Uneven-looking tone or congestion
  • A glow-focused treatment before an event
  • Patients who want a lower-downtime facial option
Candidacy

Who may—or may not—be a candidate

Who may be considered

Many adults seeking a customizable facial may be candidates after skin assessment. Product sensitivities, acne activity, recent procedures, pregnancy and medical skin conditions influence pod selection and timing.

When treatment may not be appropriate

Treatment may be modified or postponed for active infection, open wounds, severe irritation, uncontrolled dermatitis, a recent aggressive procedure or allergy to protocol ingredients.

What happens during treatment

Evaluate

Your esthetician evaluates skin, sensitivities, recent treatments and current goals.

Plan & treat

A selected OxyPod exfoliates while producing carbon-dioxide bubbles that trigger a physiologic oxygenation response; ultrasound and massage steps may follow.

Review & follow up

Products and home care are reviewed. Strong actives or additional procedures are sequenced according to skin response.

Informed choice

Important risks, limitations and alternatives

Risks & limitations

Temporary redness, tingling, dryness or irritation can occur. A reaction to an ingredient is possible. Glo2Facial does not diagnose lesions, cure acne or replace medical treatment for rosacea, dermatitis, infection or skin cancer.

Alternatives to discuss

  • A customized traditional facial
  • Chemical peel for selected pigment or texture goals
  • LaseMD or another device when a more intensive plan is appropriate
  • Medical dermatology evaluation for persistent rash, acne or suspicious lesions
Clinical judgment

Why provider experience matters

Correct pod selection and sequencing matter. An experienced esthetic professional recognizes barrier damage, avoids stacking irritating treatments and refers medical conditions rather than treating every concern as cosmetic.

Identity Aesthetics approach

  • Diagnosis and anatomy before a product or device
  • Conservative planning with candid limitations
  • Licensed-provider supervision and complication readiness
  • In-office and telehealth boundaries stated clearly
Access & cost

In-office versus telehealth

Consultation and treatment are in-office only.

Pricing: Consultation or service selection required. Pricing varies by protocol, add-ons and package.

Common questions

Glo2Facial by Geneo FAQ

Which OxyPod is best?
The best option depends on current skin condition and goals. See the full Treatment Options guide, then confirm selection with your esthetician.
Can I do this before an event?
Often, but first-time clients should avoid scheduling any new facial immediately before a major event in case of temporary redness or sensitivity.
Is there downtime?
Usually little to none, although sensitive or recently treated skin may become temporarily pink or dry.
